I launched Cotswold Natural Mindfulness on the 22nd August 2014 to give people an opportunity to take a break from their busy lives, boost their health, improve their ability to focus on what really matters and re-connect to the world around them, each other and themselves in a more mindful way.

If you live in or around Gloucestershire you can easily join us on a walk. We have weekend and weekday walks available every month and it’s FREE to try with no obligation, or pressure to join. All we ask if you enjoyed it is that you tell others about us and help spread the word.
