Join author and nature connection guide, Ian Banyard for a refreshing Sunday morning Natural Mindfulness walk and reconnect with nature and your true nature. Natural Mindfulness walks are slow, gentle walks along established footpaths through beautiful woodland, pastures and landscapes. During the walks we will stop at intervals to experience some simple, yet powerful, natural mindfulness practices. Please ensure you bring appropriate footwear and clothing.
