Nature Empowerment

Nature Empowerment is a natural approach to personal and professional development. Using Nature as the classroom, and a guide rather than a teacher, trainer or coach. individuals and small groups are encouraged and invited to explore self-awareness, increase levels of conscious awareness and develop mindful self-leadership.

Nature Empowerment sessions combine Nature, Mindfulness and the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, which is often translated as “forest bathing.” But it’s not a literal bath; the term refers simply to immersing yourself in the atmosphere of the forest.

Nature Empowerment sessions are a meander through the woods, and countryside with a Natural Mindfulness Guide who will invite participants to engage in activities that help them experience the natural environment with all their senses.

The guide’s intention is to put people in touch with present-moment experiences in a very deeply connected way. The sights, sounds, textures and smells in nature take us right into that moment, and help us tap into the more instinctive, intuitive and creative parts of our being.

Natural Mindfulness is the practice of being with Nature in the present moment in your own unique ‘natural’ way, without judging, or evaluating your experiences. Mindfulness is a great way to clarify your thinking, access flow and easily identify better choices and actions in life.

Sessions are usually 60 – 90 minutes and take place in nature. You can choose from a variety of locations based on what feels right for you. During the sessions you will get time and space to talk about your goals and ambitions with your guide, explore thoughts and feelings while you explore beautiful natural landscapes, plus experience guided natural mindfulness and nature connection exercises to help you gain more clarity, energy and a deeper connection with nature and your true nature.

You can book a 1 to 1 Nature Empowerment session for yourself if you prefer, or join a more cost-effective Group session. Groups are are an excellent way to pursue your personal development journey alongside others who are on a similar path to success.
