Please note: You are not required to attend the programme every day. It is designed to allow you to take part in your own location (SPACE) at your own PACE. The programme starts with a 7 day video-based Natural Mindfulness immersion and at least 3 Facebook LIVE broadcasts at the end of each week. Attendance on the LIVE broadcast is optional and they will be available for you on catch up. Completion of this course enables and empowers you to practice as a Natural Mindfulness guide accredited with the International Mindfulness & Meditation Alliance (IMMA).
