AUTUMN 2024 NATURAL MINDFULNESS ONLINE GUIDE TRAINING

This year’s Autumn programme launches on Saturday 7th September and booking is now open. Participants will be able to join this course at any time throughout September and October. Please note that booking and registration will close for this Summer programme on Friday 25th October.

On receipt of your payment and booking form you will receive a welcome email with an invitation to join your course group on my Nature Connection World Community Platform. This is an opportunity for you to connect with members, guides who have already trained with me and your fellow participants who will be joining you on your course.

Completion of this course certifies you to practice as a Natural Mindfulness guide with my blessing. This guide  certification is accepted by Balens and Westminster here in the UK for insurance purposes. This course is accredited by International Mindfulness & Meditation Alliance (IMMA)

Please note: You are not required to attend the programme every day. It is designed to allow you to take part in your own location (SPACE) at your own PACE. The programme includes a 7 day video-based Natural Mindfulness immersion week and 4 LIVE online sessions with me. Attendance on the LIVE sessions is optional as recordings will be available for you to watch in your own time. Completion of this course enables and empowers you to practice as a Natural Mindfulness guide accredited with the International Mindfulness & Meditation Alliance (IMMA).
