Return to Nature 21 Day Course


Discover how to live a life more aligned to the natural world around you and the true nature within you. This is a journey of discovery where participants can grow a more natural sense of self, sense of direction and sense of purpose. This course launches on the 27th April and can be completed at your own pace wherever you live in the world.

Join me and learn how to guide yourself to a deeper awareness and relationship with nature and your true nature, your authentic self. Over the 21 days you will receive guidance videos from me and there will also an opportunity to meet and share with other participants in our online course group and weekly zoom sessions.

It is a very easy concept. Participants will be invited to venture out each day (if possible) of the 21 day course and practice some simple, experiential, Natural Mindfulness exercises. Over the 21 days these practices will help you guide yourself to a deeper connection with nature and your true nature. After each experience you are invited to share your reflections on the connection, your understanding and any insights you have in our private online group. You can do this daily, or weekly.

At the end of each week there will be a zoom call with me to share our reflections and deepen our connection LIVE together.

The course fee is £35 which includes an e-version of my book Natural Mindfulness guidebook and journal. You can spread the cost of the course if finance is a challenge at this time. Message me for details.
